Different Cultures Bring Us Closer

We young Iranian-Germans are convinced that our different cultural experiences do not divide us – they bring us closer together. In our workshops, we respectfully exchange beliefs, knowledge, and personal experiences. We learn from each other, question prejudices, and develop new perspectives together. In this way, we reflect on freedom, democracy, identity, and a better future together.

Education and Visibility

Important Issues Deserve Public Attention

05

Social Media & Awareness Work

We present information in an understandable way, tell stories and make human rights issues digitally accessible.

06

Press & Public Relations

We work with the media, provide background information, and bring the voices of those affected into the public discussion.

Courage Begins Early.

Creating New Perspectives — Shaping the Future Together

Knowledge, connection, and collective action for a free and successful future. What Young People Are Facing War, executions, migration, family experiences, and life between different cultures shape the lives of many young people. Some carry the past like a heavy burden while also being confronted every day with distressing news, social pressure, outdated ideas, and real or internal conflicts.

Creating Spaces for New Perspectives

Through our work, we aim to create spaces where young people can speak openly about these pressures, develop new perspectives, and free themselves from ideas that restrict their personal growth. Together, we want to build new communities that are open, supportive, and shaped by ideas that are not based on repetition, exclusion, or selfishness. We believe that the past shapes our history, but it does not have to determine our future. For us, the future is not a fixed destiny. It is an opportunity that can be shaped again and again. Like a diamond, it can be formed through knowledge, experience, courage, and collective commitment.

Knowledge as an Investment in the Future

A major focus of our work is expanding knowledge and promoting education. We want to support young people in continuously developing their knowledge, acquiring new skills, and engaging with science, technology, and the socially relevant issues of our time. The difficulties and experiences of the past should not hold us back permanently. Instead, they can become a source of learning. That is why we view investment in education and knowledge as an investment in the future. By sharing knowledge today, creating educational opportunities, and strengthening young people both professionally and personally, we can help overcome earlier problems and improve the living conditions of future generations.

Thinking Independently and Learning From One Another

We do not want to direct young people towards one particular path. We want to encourage them to think independently, learn from one another, share their knowledge, and develop new approaches together. Diversity does not separate us. When we listen to one another, learn from one another, and treat each other with respect, diversity can become a source of new ideas, shared strength, and a better future. Our goal is a generation that does not simply look back at the problems of the past, but learns from them and uses its knowledge to develop solutions for the future. By investing today in knowledge, education, and young talent, we can create a fairer, freer, and more successful society for everyone tomorrow.
